How It Works

The goal is to have 12 players total - Three 4 man tee times back to back. Who is paired with who will change periodically (6 carts). We will be playing 3 - 18 hole courses. Every 9 holes will be a different competition. The first 9 holes will be the only solo stroke play event. This will allow us to create some sort of handicap system from the start. After that, handicaps will be given depending on overall score and skill level. (Example 1: Player with most points paired with player with least points on team event. Example 2: Player with most points hits from furthest tees, player with least points hits from closest tees) The idea is to make the competition competitive but also fun and laid back, giving any golfer regardless of skill level a chance to bring home the cup.

There will be a score system (and rules on how scoring works) developed between now and the time of the event to keep an ongoing tally during the course of the tournament. (Example: 1st - 300 points, 2nd - 275 points, 3rd - 250 points, etc.)

We will only be staying in the Airbnb for 2 nights (April 21st and April 22nd) to try and make the event as affordable as possible for everyone. For anyone flying, I will do my best to ensure either myself or someone else attending will be available to pick you up either the day of or prior to the tournament. If you plan on flying please contact me first, which airport would be most convenient to fly into may change depending on day/time. I am happy to work with anyone on plans as far as getting in early or leaving late from the tournament.

Lastly, please note that a lot of the people interested in attending work overseas, and do not yet have 2025 work schedules. The idea of planning this event out so far is that they can ideally move their work/training schedules around this event (or at least be cognizant of it). But as many of you know that is easier said than done a lot of the time. Please understand we may have to be flexible as far as number of players and time of the event. The plan is to reschedule to fall of 2025 if April does not work out.

As of now the buy-in will be $505 a person

(This includes all 3 days of golf and both nights in the Airbnb)

Please RSVP through the website as soon as possible. I will not be able to confirm any of the reservations until we have at least 8 golfers. To RSVP you must buy-in. Once the reservations have been confirmed your buy-in will unfortunately be non-refundable due to the Airbnb and Tee times being non-refundable. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, concerns, or suggestions at any time. My contact info is at the bottom of each page on the site.
